Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide first level support for SAP Security related issues
Responsible for application Security support and maintenance for entire SAP Landscape.
Manage and support SAP User Authorizations and Authentication
Manage and support SAP Role administration
SAP Security Administration and Troubleshooting

Requirements:

Bachelors (Tech) or equivalent
0-2 years SAP Security experience and good communication skills
Experience with ServiceNow or other service management application, and knowledge of ITIL processes.
Skilled in ABAP and Java Security
SAP Security Administration and Troubleshooting skills
Supporting Segregation of duties, conflict resolution, compliance in accordance with SOX Audit guidelines
Work closely with cross functional teams like development, functional, IAM etc for troubleshooting, bug fixes and enhancements to provide security support
Maintain and report SAP Security Dashboard statistics
Ensure appropriate security controls around standard SAP change management processes
Work in 24×7 rotational shift, flexibility with working hours to support global user population.
Experience in Excel and Macros
Attention to accuracy.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong technical aptitude.
