Job Description:
- Candidate Requirement Graduates (Diploma (3 years) /B.Tech) (pass-outs from 2015,2016 & 2017 batch)
- Role-Desktop Support Engineer/Remote Support engineer.
- Incumbent will get experience and exposure on End user support and IT infra skills such as Desktop, Network, service desk, etc.
- Installation or configuring desktops
- Strong hardware experience
- Strong desktop security experience in terms of anti-virus, firewalls etc.
- Configuring Outlook/Ms-outlook
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of network products like Router& switches
- Preparation of Daily/ Weekly/Monthly reports
- Handling Kick start/PXE for automate installation
- Different type of software installation
- Creating and managing user & group a/c and their policies
- Managing Disk space, Processor/Memory/Network/process Utilization related to client/server
- Manage logs files
- Handle and manage on site troubleshooting problem like network/ filesystem/ booting/rescue mode/hardware
