Job Description:

• Handle inbound queries pertaining the issues
• Remotely resolving the issues
• Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT
• Handle L1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance work load of L2 support team upselling and cross selling

Requirement:

• Candidate with prior International Voice Process experience for Min 6 months can apply .
• Freshers reach out to me for other openings .
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English .
• Looking for both UG/PG .(in any discipline).
• Candidates with experience in handling support calls can apply.
