Job Description:

• International Voice Process under BPO industry with O2C Collections domain involving interaction with our Global Clients/Customers and resolving queries through both Inbound/Outbound calls.
• Shift : Fixed US Shift
• Designation : Process Associate /SME

Experince:

• 0-6 years experience( no BE/BTech or Post Graduates)
• Education Qualification
• Only B.COM /BBM / BBA /BA graduates
• Postgraduates and BE graduates are not eligible

Skills Required:

• Experience in O2C collections
• Basic Accounting knowledge
• Knowledge about Order to cash life cycle
• Excellent Communication Skills

Documents Required:

• 10th Markes card
• 2nd puc marks card
• Degree certificates , PDC and all semester marks cards
• Pan card , Adhar card, Driving and Identification cards
• Previous Company Experience letters , offer letters , Pay slip

Note: Candidates failing to carry any of the above documents will not be processed for Interview rounds
