Job Description:

• Relationship Manager at Hospital for all the BAGIC customers
• Right from the admission of the customer/patient till the discharge the RM will assist our customer with everything
  Ensuring hassle free claim settlement
• To go hand in hand with Hospital TPA desk and resolving customer issues/ complaints if there are any
• To call the customers who he assisted and take suggestions from them
• To visit patients in the wards if needed
• To call the customers after 1 month of the discharge for customer suggestions/appreciation
