• It is complete Sales and Customer care project.
• This project handles End to end airline operation – Customer Care related issues, Reservations, Website support, Bulk bookings, Notification, Re-booking, Credit card verification, Queues Management, Email management for all corporate and travel agent queries.
• Candidate should be ready to work in 24*7.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education qualification: Graduate in any discipline/Undergraduates
• Any Diploma/UG/ Post Graduate and dropouts can apply
• Should be fluent in spoken English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Age: 18-35.
• 24/7*365 days working environment, with 6 working days with 01 rotational Weekly Off
• Transportation is provided ONLY between 9 pm to 5 am
• Any Travel Experience/Diploma will be an added advantage
