Job Description:
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into state of the art solution.
- Work closely with SW Engineers to design, develop enterprise web applications.
- Be flexible and adaptive to project dynamics and be self-learner and self-driver of assigned tasks.
- Ensure good quality delivery through innovative design, coding and testing (unit/integration) best practices.
- Follow project defined process in deliverable and contribute to best practices and process to drive quality delivery.
- Good debugging and analytical skills to be able to get to the root cause of issues and drive resolution quicker for complex and challenging issues.
- Ability to research, propose and prototype new principles, technologies, tools and concepts and integrate them into the teams collective knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to plan and execute his tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and grasp new java/j2ee technologies.
