About Dena Bank:

Dena Bank was founded on 26 May 1938 by the family of Devkaran Nanjee under the name Devkaran Nanjee Banking Company. It adopted its new name, Dena Bank (Devkaran Nanjee), when it incorporated as a public company in December 1939.

In July 1969 the Government of India nationalized Dena Bank, along with thirteen other major banks. It is now a Public Sector bank constituted under the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970. Under the provisions of the Banking Regulations Act 1949, in addition to the business of banking, the Bank can undertake other business as specified in Section 6 of the Banking Regulations Act, 1949.

• Canidadtes should be a graduate / post graduate  MSW/MA in Rural Development / MA in Sociology / Psychology / B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc.( Agri. Marketing)/ B.A. with B.Ed.
• should have flair teaching skills and computer knowledge.
• should have excellent communication skills in local languages. fluency in hindi and english is advantage.

Office Assistant:

• Canidates should be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com./ with computer knowledge
• should have Knowledge in Basic Accounting is a preferred qualification
• Should be a fluent in spoken and written local language.

Attender:

• Candidates should be a Matriculate.
• Ability to Read and Write the Local Language preferred.

Watchmen/Gardener: 

• Candidates should be passed 7th Standard.
• Should have experience preferably in agriculture/ gardening/horticulture.

Selection Procedure:

Candidates selection process will comprise in below.

• Written Test: assess General Knowledge and Computer capability
• Personal Interview: Candidates tested by communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem solving ability and ability to get along with the trainees, developmental approach
• Demonstration / Presentation: Candidates tested by assess teaching skills and
  communication capability.
