• Complaint Management.
• Solving Customer queries.
• Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
• Maintaining quality standards.
• Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set.
• Generating Purchase orders and editing the same to suite internal/customer requirements.
• Managing and updating customer and client database.

Skill Set Required:

• Fluency in English.
• Good Analytical and Interpretation Skills.
• Should have familiarity with Windows Operating System and desktop system.
• Good written and verbal communication skills/ multilingual skills.
• Should have keen eye for details
