• To monitor & identify suspicious transactions from marketplace orders. May also involve auditing data points from customer complaints to conclude investigations.
• Prepare case summary and take action as per process,
• Handle seller escalations & validate justifications,
• Ensure recovery of losses with the help of internal teams
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve processes if required.
